Netflix variety show 'Why Are We Even Climbing Mountains?' concluded the journey of Hasanakkhoe with unpredictable laughter until the very end.

On the 1st, episodes 9 and 10 of 'Why Are We Even Climbing Mountains?' were released, featuring four involuntary mountain climbers who had never been interested in hiking throughout their lives - Cardigan, DAY6's Dowoon, actress Lee Chae-min, and Tarzan from All Day Project - as they embarked on their first winter snowy mountain expedition, capturing a variety show about mountain climbing. The realistic mountain climbing of the four members of Hasanakkhoe and unexpected entertainment value blended together to provide different fun until the end.

In the released episodes, the story unfolded from when Hasanakkhoe finished their last schedule in Ulsan and visited Tarzan's family home to their final mountain climb. The four spent a special time together during the Lunar New Year holidays, eating with Tarzan's family and looking through childhood photos and diary entries filled with memories. The four, who had grown close like family through mountain climbing, spent an enjoyable time with Tarzan's family and created another pleasant memory.

Meanwhile, the second recreation time arrived for Hasanakkhoe, who delivered record-breaking laughter from the first game onwards. Hasanakkhoe participated in a high-risk, high-return game called 'We'll Double It for You' and competed once again, staking the 'km badges' they had accumulated. As the four, fired up with competitive spirit ahead of achieving 100km, made increasingly bold bets and gave unpredictable answers, they drew continuous laughter.

Then the much-anticipated final mountain climb began. Hasanakkhoe divided into two courses, Baekmudong and Jungsangli, and set out on their final climb toward Jirisan's Cheonwangbong Peak. With tension higher than usual as they realized it was truly the last climb, Cardigan's unexpected performance, moving forward without hesitation unlike usual, caught attention. The two teams met again at the Jangteomok shelter and headed together to Cheonwangbong Peak, and finally all four reached the summit, completing the last quest.

After completing all their final mountain climbing, the members of Hasanakkhoe each provided their own answers to the question 'Why Are We Even Climbing Mountains?' Cardigan analyzed that through five experiences, many people seem to be challenging themselves, but added that he himself probably won't do it until death, adding laughter with his honest impressions. Dowoon recalled words from a mountain climber he met on Hallasan and cited his desire to test his limits as the reason for mountain climbing. Tarzan said that when hiking, it feels like bad energy flies away, and that there's no place better than nature to gain good energy, while Lee Chae-min said that because they all suffered together through hiking, they became close-knit and developed camaraderie in a short time, citing teamwork as the charm of hiking.

The film camera photos also released that day contained the pleasant moments of Hasanakkhoe captured directly by Lee Chae-min. 'Why Are We Even Climbing Mountains?' garnered attention from the start with the meeting of 'the four trendsetters' Cardigan, Dowoon, Lee Chae-min, and Tarzan, and delivered unpredictable fun with genuine chemistry and entertainment value.

True to the combination chosen by director Na Young-suk's team, from the four's unfiltered honest reactions facing mountains to the solid harmony built while climbing together, and the clumsy activities unfolded in games, different charms blended together adding pleasant laughter. In addition, capturing everything from the majestic scenery of snowy mountains in the middle of winter to beautiful mountain ranges, it captivated viewers.
